is the topic of discussion for housing experts who will join forces on
Wednesday in Calgary. The 2007 Research Conference, hosted by Canada Mortgage
and Housing Corporation (CMHC), offers a unique opportunity for industry
professionals to collaborate and share their visions. Experts will show how
they turn ideas into action - from the design of a house to the planning of
entire communities.
The conference, tagged "True Balance: Sustainability in Action," features
a roster of notable speakers. Presenters include: Lisa Prime, Director of
Sustainability for Waterfront Toronto; Fanis Grammenos, CMHC Senior
Researcher; Anand Mishra, CMHC Research Advisor; Vinay Bhardwaj, CMHC Manager
of Market Analysis and Research Information Transfer; and Roger Bayley,
